The Honors Program at Minnesota State University, Mankato is geared toward developing and experiencing meaningful skills. During my time in the Program, I developed in three competencies: Leadership, Research Scholarly, and Creative Activity, and Intercultural Engagement. In each competency I completed a development experience and an application experience as well as an additional development and application experience from a competency of my choice. After engaging in these meaningful experiences, I was able to reflect upon their impact and include them in my portfolio.
